FFA TRA judging Jaime setting up on Friday the 10th, judging the 11th, clean up the 12th. Small rounds pens for sheep, goats and pigs on the concrete on South side of the arena. Cattle and bulls at the outdoor arena rough stock pens. Have meeting rooms clean and tables/ chairs available. Will be using small rooms for testing/ evaluations and large room for awards. Have a small stage in room 4. Check with Jaime if he needs a specific layout. Have trailers back into arena from NW roll up door. Have an alleyway to small pens?? Make a plan with CSU as we get closer. |
