Christy Kimble 970-209-9224 Memorial Day Jackpot BEEF BARN, SALE BARN, SHEEP BARN, PIG BARN • Blow out/wash out sheep and pig pen area • Move sign backdrop from small animal scale • Electrical Cords drops in sheep barn • Hoses on wash racks for Beef barn (longer hoses) and swine wash rack • 2 sets of bleachers • pig show setup (holding pens, stage, show ring) • Gates on the small rollup doors • Conveyor belts available • Pig Boards available • Alleyway panels available • Shavings coming in on Thursday we put in they spread out • Tables 8 • Chairs 20 • Show Ring Mic and Barn Mic • East bathrooms unlocked • Extra Electrical (Need Jesse to setup a turtle) • Trashcans • Wasp spray • Will put ice in the kitchen freezer on Friday • Hose from bathrooms to show ring. Need a nozzle and assure they have access to showers Beef Barn- center rail installed for tie-out Times Friday Setup 3pm – 6:30pm Saturday 6am to 5pm Sunday 6am to 5pm |
