Category: 0-12 Months OR 13-24 Months // BOY or GIRL Theme: Where I Come From Cutest Baby Contest Rules: Parents must enter in either category: 12 months and under or 13 months to 24 months Participants must show up to the staging area 10 minutes before the contest with their child. Entry forms can be turned into the Fair Board office during the week of Fair or can be turned in at the check in station (staging area) fifteen (15) minutes prior to the event. Photo waivers will be required with all entries. Contestants will be judged on neatness, creativity and overall effect. |
