Gala of The Royal Horses will feature performances involving the Lipizzaner Stallions, the Spanish Andalusian, Friesian, and the majestic Arabian breeds, as well as our recently added Quarter horse. The event is dedicated to showing off the amazing beauty and maneuvers these horses are capable of including the stunning maneuvers once used on the battlefield now known as “The Airs Above The Ground”, as well as "Roman Riding" - see Gigi Gasser standing atop a pair of horses, with one foot on each horse! and "The Art of Garrocha" and "Bare Back Riding" performances. Performances will be at 2pm and 6pm Tickets are available at the door or online at https://monumentalevents.com/events/1-oct-2017-gala-of-the-royal-horses If the weather appears that it will be bad, the performance will be moved to Friendship Hall. VIP tickets are available and will include preferred seating and a meet and greet with the riders and horses. For questions call 970-964-2180. VIP $35.00 Open seating in the designated "VIP" area at the Montrose County Fairgrounds. Admission includes "Meet & Greet" with horses and riders after the show, great opportunity for petting the horses, taking photographs and autographs! (Children 2 & under are FREE if sitting on a lap). Price increases to $40.00 day of show. GA Adult $22.00 General admission seating for ages 13 and older. Price of ticket will increase to $25 day of show. GA Child/Senior $12.00 General admission seating for children ages 3 to 12 and seniors age 60 and older. Children 2 & Under are FREE. Price of ticket will increase to $15 day of show. |
